Our efforts to deliver the products purchased as soon as possible through reputed couriers. Courier charges will be applicable as per norms. The Tracking ID might take time from the courier end to get updated although the package could have been picked up by the courier.

Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
Considering the nature of products, once the order is accepted, https://gbmp.in does not offer return of the products. Further, if you change your mind, you can replace the product with another product.
- Replacement Timeframe: Replacement request must be made within 1 day or before the Tracking ID is generated or updated.
- Replacement Support: Reach out to us via Call or email to request a product change before Replacement Timeframe.
- No Returns Accepted: Products once shipped are non-returnable due to hygiene and fragrance integrity reasons.
